Casey's 1972 Chevrolet Camaro
This camaro is powered by a 350ci small block four bolt main. 30 over with machined cast crank and rods. The heads are 882 castings with a 3angle valve job, ported and polished, push rod guides, stud kit and a set of double springs. The valve were changed to 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust and the heads were shaved 80 thousand. The engine is fed by a Holley 750cfm that's sits on a Victor Jr. Edelbrock aluminum intake. The fuel is pushed by a Carter Mechanical fuel pump that's pushes 14psi threw half inch braded fuel line with Russell fittings. The ignition is All MSD. There's a 6AL box with rev limiter, MSD distributor and a Coil running off of Taylor 8.8mm wires. For added fun, there's a 150hp nitrous shot that was added to give it a little more spunk. The transmission is a TH350 with a stage 3 Hurst shift kit, 3800 stall torque and a transmission cooler to keep the temperature down. Line lock, Hurst quarter stick shifter, 4:10 posi were added last winter for better traction.
